To take the digital turn, the sports equipment manufacturer Kettler called on Apsia to digitalise a large part of their activities: customer relations, stock management, sales follow-up, marketing campaigns, etc. Transversal digital initiatives to start a successful transformation.
Apsia’s contribution
Reporting on sales, margins, cash flow, cash in, cash out, stock and volume management: managers have access to all possible information, in one click and in real time. This gives Kettler a gain in efficiency in all areas (financial, managerial, commercial, logistics and customer relations). And it allows for better management and better decisions for the company.
For more than 65 years, KETTLER has been developing in the sports and leisure markets around 3 activities. The main one is gym equipment, with exercise bikes, rowing machines, weight machines and treadmills. The other markets are very different, as Kettler also manufactures garden furniture and children’s play equipment.
Using Dynamics 365, the platform, which covers sales, customer service and marketing, has greatly simplified operations for both the sales team and customers.
“Previously, when a customer ordered a part, they had to call us to check availability, so there was a time constraint and some complexity. Now we are relieved of everything that can be handled automatically, which is much more convenient for both our customers and us,” explains Sarah Ladhari, National Category Manager – Consumer Good.”
