In order to ensure continuity of service and to minimise change management, HFSP wanted to launch a project to migrate from AX 2012 to the new Microsoft version: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This ERP modernisation project is both a digital transformation project and an opportunity to review and optimise business processes.
